Position Summary:
Ultimate Staffing is seeking an experienced, passionate, and goal-oriented Unit Manager to lead daily operations for one of our food service clients in Southern Pines, NC. The ideal candidate brings a combination of customer service expertise, leadership skills, and hands-on operational knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management
- Oversee all daily store operations including opening, closing, inventory, and scheduling.
- Ensure all products meet company quality and consistency standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant store environment in accordance with local health and company standards.
- Manage food and supply orders, cost controls, and waste reduction.
Team Leadership
- Recruit, hire, train, and mentor team members.
- Foster a positive and productive team culture focused on customer satisfaction and teamwork.
- Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and labor efficiency.
Customer Service
- Model and promote excellent guest service and hospitality.
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements.
