Job Title: Facility Unit Manager

Location: Southern Pines, NC

Salary: $58,000/yr. Full benefits, bonus potential, 401k match

Position Summary:

Ultimate Staffing is seeking an experienced, passionate, and goal-oriented Unit Manager to lead daily operations for one of our food service clients in Southern Pines, NC. The ideal candidate brings a combination of customer service expertise, leadership skills, and hands-on operational knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management

• Oversee all daily store operations including opening, closing, inventory, and scheduling.
• Ensure all products meet company quality and consistency standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant store environment in accordance with local health and company standards.
• Manage food and supply orders, cost controls, and waste reduction.

Team Leadership

• Recruit, hire, train, and mentor team members.
• Foster a positive and productive team culture focused on customer satisfaction and teamwork.
• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and labor efficiency.

Customer Service

• Model and promote excellent guest service and hospitality.
• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements.
