Electrical Engineer

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join their client's innovative team in California. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies in a collaborative environment where creativity and initiative are highly valued.

• Design and test PCBs, including high-speed and high-voltage circuits, analog and digital systems.
• Create and maintain schematics, layouts, and BOMs using industry-standard PCB design tools (e.g., Altium Designer).
• Prototype, assemble, and test PCBs, including soldering and component-level debugging using oscilloscopes, signal generators, DMMs, and other lab instrumentation.
• Develop, simulate, and verify circuit designs using SPICE or equivalent tools.
• Program and integrate FPGAs, including logic design using Verilog or VHDL.
• Support and lead system-level testing and prototype integration in collaboration with other engineers and technicians.
• Debug complex systems, including software, hardware, and electromechanical interactions.
• Document test procedures, design revisions, and performance data to ensure design traceability.
  
  

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or equivalent degree.
• Proficiency in PCB design software, preferably Altium Designer or PADS.
• Programming experience in Verilog and C.
• Solid understanding of FPGA design and development.
• Familiarity with SPICE simulation tools for circuit verification.
• Strong understanding of electronics fundamentals, including analog and digital circuit theory.
• Hands-on experience with lab test equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, soldering, etc.).
  
  

Monday - Friday, 1st shift

This position offers competitive compensation and the opportunity to work on state-of-the-art technologies.

Salary Range: $135,000 - $165,000 per year
