Join our Consumer Direct Lending team as a Customer Experience Specialist in a fast-paced call center environment. You'll guide customers through the loan process after their licensed discussion with a loan officer.
Responsibilities:
- Handle high-volume inbound calls, texts, emails, and chats
- Perform data entry and validation
- Collaborate with departments to resolve issues
- Deliver exceptional customer service
Requirements:
- 12 months mortgage/financial services experience OR 2 years in a high-volume financial call center
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Computer proficiency (Microsoft, Google)
- Plus: Bilingual Spanish, mortgage regulation knowledge
