Job Summary
REP Outdoor Group LLC, an outdoor lifestyle company, seeking a motivated and results-driven Customer Service Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include contacting potential new customers, responding to inquiries, resolving issues and promoting our products. This position plays a vital role in building lasting customer relationships while meeting and exceeding sales goals.

Duties
- Engage with potential customers through direct sales efforts to promote our products and services.
- Identify customer needs and recommend products to drive sales
- Meet or exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
- Maintain accurate tracking of potential customer contacts and interactions
- Follow up on leads and opportunities to convert prospects into loyal customers
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, billing and issue resolution
- Collaborate with the team members to improve sales strategies and overall customer experience campaigns.
Requirements
- 1 years of experience in customer service and/or sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient with computers specifically with Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to business development and customer engagement.
