• 🔍 Dive deep into policies, warranties, customer programs, and laws to ensure you're delivering accurate and satisfying solutions.

• 🎓 Bachelor's degree (required!)
• ✍️ Strong written and verbal communication skills that impress every time.
• 🔑 Proven critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• 📅 Stellar time management and organizational skills.
• 💻 Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.
• ⌨️ Typing speed of 65 WPM to keep up with the fast pace.
• 🤝 Prior experience in customer service or an office environment is a bonus-but not essential!
