Salary: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our clinical team in Manchester, NH. This full‑time, first‑shift position supports patient care activities in a fast‑paced outpatient clinical setting. The ideal candidate is patient‑focused, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working closely with providers and clinical staff to ensure high‑quality patient care and efficient clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Room patients and record vital signs and medical histories
- Assist providers during examinations and procedures
- Prepare and maintain exam rooms, instruments, and supplies
- Perform clinical tasks such as EKGs, phlebotomy, injections, and lab specimen handling (as permitted)
- Update and manage patient records within the electronic medical record (EMR) system
- Coordinate patient flow to ensure timely and efficient appointments
- Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, referrals, and patient communication
- Maintain compliance with all safety, infection control, and confidentiality regulations
Qualifications
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) required
- Graduate of an accredited medical assisting program
- Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
- Strong clinical and patient‑care skills
- Comfortable using EMR systems
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team‑based clinical environment
- Previous outpatient or physician‑practice experience preferred
