We are seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day accounting functions and support accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have full-charge bookkeeping experience and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Preparing and posting journal entries
- Overseeing credit card transactions and reconciliation
- Processing banking activities, including wires and transfers
- Performing monthly account reconciliations
- Handling collections and following up on outstanding balances
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in full-charge bookkeeping
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a part-time capacity
