Material Handler

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Material Handler to join their client's dynamic team in New Hampshire. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring that materials are efficiently managed and distributed to support the manufacturing process. The Material Handler will work collaboratively with various departments to maintain inventory accuracy and support continuous improvement efforts.

• Perform essential routine tasks involving the replenishing and distributing of materials to the manufacturing floor within the Standard Work Chart, including delivering required materials to the Business Cell(s) on a determined frequency.
• Retrieve all finished goods/kits from each individual Business Cell(s) for finished goods inventory.
• Interface with Purchasing, Manufacturing, Quality, Customer Service, and other departments to reconcile concerns affecting inventory accuracy.
• Maintain daily inventory transactions.
• Accurately pull material for kits according to production orders, ensuring a full understanding of the FIFO system.
• Check and fill shortages in kits or work-in-progress.
• Assist daily with data entry of all stockroom and shipping transactions.
• Conduct cycle counting and assist in the annual inventory of the entire Stock Room.
• Service all stock requisitions following established procedures.
• Be cross-trained in all shipping/receiving duties and responsibilities.
• Suggest methods for continuous improvement.
• Perform all other job duties as assigned by the Manager.

• High School diploma or equivalent education required.
• Basic computer and basic mathematics skills required.
• Ability to multi-task, attention to detail, and organization skills required.
• Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work independently and within a team.
• Prior kitting, material handling, shipping, and/or receiving experience preferred.

Monday through Friday, 1st shift

Competitive hourly wage ranging from $17 to $19 per hour.
