Customer Service/Order Processor

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: The duties of a Customer Service/Order Entry Representative include answering incoming calls and providing outstanding customer service to assist our client’s customers with questions, product information and orders Additional duties include: Listening to customers questions and concerns, providing answers or responses as neededProviding information about products,services and customer ordersKeeping records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, comments, complaints, as well as actions takenReviewing or making changes to customer accountsREQUIRED EXPERIENCE:Minimum of 1 year recent customer service/order entry experience preferably in a manufacturing industry.Bi-lingual- English/Spanish ( Preferred)Proficient in MS Word, Excel and strong data entry skillsStrong communication an interpersonal skillExcellent follow up and organizational skillsAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
