Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative who is Bilingual in English and Spanish. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries related to loan accounts, payments, and account status. You will provide accurate information, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
