Lead day-to-day operations of the Observation UnitCoach, mentor, and develop a high-performing nursing team
Drive quality, safety, patient experience, and compliance
Manage staffing, resources, and performance outcomes
Partner with physicians and leaders to support continuous improvement
Serve as a change leader for unit initiatives
Required Qualifications
Florida RN license (current)
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
2 years of nursing practice experience
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
Maintains/exceeds specialty educational requirements
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s Degree
3–5 years hospital leadership experience
3–5 years Medical-Surgical leadership experience
BLS/ACLS
