What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Custodial Supervisor (CUSTODIAL SUPV 1) position at UC Davis Center for Precision Medicine and Data Sciences?
- Required to hold a valid California driver's license, have a driving record that is in accordance with local policies/procedures, and/or enroll in the California Employer Pull Notice Program
- No minimum education required.
- Supervisory experience in the custodial profession including budget and inventory management.
- Custodial experience operating ride-on and walk behind floor equipment, carpet extractors and general cleaning equipment and completing industry standard cleaning and disinfecting procedures.
- Experience using computers and software applications such as Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel.
- Interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills to clearly and effectively interact with a diverse group of individuals to secure and/or provide information to clarify situations and resolve problems.
- Skills to operate personal/mobile devices; as well as knowledge of established safety procedures in the use and handling of hazardous materials and toxic waste.
- Customer service skills to resolve problems, answer questions, and use available resources and references.
