This is a hands-on, onsite help desk role requiring proven end-user support expertise across hardware, software, networking, and cloud-connected systems.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Resolve technical support tickets for Windows 11, Active Directory, Microsoft O365, VPN, RDP, and network connectivity issues
- Provide in-person and remote end-user support for hardware, software, and Microsoft Teams IP phone systems
- Manage password resets, PST file operations, and Exchange Admin tasks across the organization
- Use PowerShell scripting to troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues
- Support security and identity tools including OKTA and Crowdstrike for authentication and endpoint protection
- Document, prioritize, and track issues to resolution using ticketing systems; collaborate with IT teams on enterprise-wide operations
- Assist users with AWS and SharePoint environments; deliver high-quality customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face
