Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide IT support and user assistance for management information systems via phone and onsite visits
- Troubleshoot end-user application and hardware problems, diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently
- Deliver ongoing operational support for application systems, including on-call application support coverage
- Install, configure, and upgrade software on PCs in accordance with IT policies and procedures
- Communicate with management and departmental staff regarding system status, equipment issues, and job execution updates
- Develop training materials and conduct training programs for hardware and software end users
- Analyze user needs and recommend or implement software modifications to improve system performance
- IT support / help desk support / desktop support / end-user technical support

- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 6 months of experience in IT support, information security, system/network administration, or application development
- Demonstrated ability to independently provide technical support to computer users in an assigned geographic area
- Ability to pass a federal and national background check and pre-employment testing
