Develop business cases including ROI and cost-benefit analysis
Analyze and prioritize business and technology demands
Prepare executive-level reports and presentations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions
Support governance and lifecycle management of demands
Required Skills & Experience
3 years of business analysis and requirements documentation
Experience facilitating discussions with stakeholders and leadership
Proficiency in process modeling (Visio)
Experience with ServiceNow or similar tools
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience with business case development and analysis
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills
SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
Power BI exposure
Relevant certifications such as CSM, CBAP, PMP, or ITIL
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
