This role will work closely with ownership and executive leadership to oversee financial operations, improve financial systems, and support business growth across all divisions.
Position Overview
The Director of Finance will oversee all financial activities, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, and strategic planning. This role will work closely with executive leadership to drive financial performance, ensure compliance, and support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Prepare and present monthly financial statements to leadership
- Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and financial planning
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local financial regulations
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support company growth
- Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Manage and mentor accounting/finance team members
- Assist with audits, tax preparation, and financial reporting requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
- 5 years of experience in finance or accounting leadership
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and compliance
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Ability to manage multiple entities and complex operations
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
