Location: Rockford, MN
Wage: $17.00/hr. – 1st Shift | $18.00/hr. – 2nd Shift
Hours:
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | Monday – Friday
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM | Monday – Friday
Position Type: Full-Time

Duties of the entry level machine operator:
- Operate injection molding machines
- Clip and trim parts according to job orders
- Assist with the packaging of finished products
- Run fast-paced machines efficiently
- Complete necessary production paperwork
- Utilize hand and power tools as needed
Requirements of the entry level machine operator:
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance record
- Ability to stand for the entire shift
- Capability to lift 20–30 lbs. repetitively (up to 50 lbs. occasionally)
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the role
- Ability to pass a background check and E-Verify
