Location: Monticello, MN
Wage: $20.00 – $24.00/hr.
Hours: 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM | Monday – Thursday (Enjoy 3-day weekends!)
Position Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Duties of the manufacturing technician:
- Install PEM fasteners, studs, and hardware into sheet metal parts
- Operate arbor, pneumatic, or hydraulic insertion presses
- Read blueprints and work orders to ensure correct hardware placement
- Inspect finished parts to ensure quality, accuracy, and proper fit
Requirements of the manufacturing technician:
- Sheet metal, fabrication, or product assembly experience is a plus
- Basic math skills and the ability to read blueprints
- Capability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment
