Print Press Operator

Twin City Staffing is hiring a print press operator for a well-established manufacturing company in the Fridley, MN area. This opportunity is perfect for candidates with manufacturing experience who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment and want long-term growth.

Job type: Temp-to-Hire

Location: Fridley, MN

Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: 2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday | 3 PM – 2 AM

Duties of the print press operator position:

• Set up and operate machines according to work instructions
• Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and job orders
• Load materials and accurately position parts
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Complete production and quality documentation
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Support overall production and team goals

Requirements of the print press operator position:

• High school diploma or GED
• Prior manufacturing experience
• Ability to read basic part drawings
• Basic math, computer, and communication skills
• Ability to lift 40 lbs to shoulder height
• Mechanically inclined
• Experience using hand and power tools
