We are seeking an experienced accounting and billing specialist to provide immediate support for our team in Monticello! Due to recent transitions, we are looking for a dependable professional to step in quickly and manage essential day-to-day accounting functions.
Location: Monticello, MN
Wage: $28.00 – $35.00/hr., DOE
Hours: Monday – Friday | Flexible schedule; previous hours were 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Duties of the accounting and billing specialist:
- Manage daily accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions
- Execute accurate billing and invoicing processes
- Utilize the JobBOSS ERP system to manage financial data
- Maintain financial records and supporting documentation
- Provide general accounting support to ensure smooth department operations
- Collaborate with management to maintain accurate reporting
Requirements of the accounting and billing specialist:
- Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with ERP systems (knowledge of JobBOSS is a plus)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy required
