Location: Blaine, MN

Wage: $27.00 – $40.00/hr. | DOE

Hours: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Monday – Thursday & 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM | Friday

Position Type: Direct Hire | 1st Shift

Duties of the CNC mills machinist:

• Set up and operate 3- and 4-axis milling machines (Hurco, Mazak, etc.)
• Manufacture parts using alloy steel, titanium, and exotic materials
• Utilize precision tools in a controlled inspection environment
• Ensure parts meet strict ISO quality standards and blueprints
• Optimize machine speeds and feeds for various metal types

Requirements of the CNC mills machinist:

• Proven experience in 3- and 4-axis CNC milling
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, and measuring instruments
• Familiarity with Mastercam or conversational programming
