Twin City Staffing is seeking a production scheduler / inventory specialist to join a high-performing manufacturing team in Maple Lake! This is a critical role responsible for balancing demand and capacity to ensure every deadline is met. Location: Maple Lake, MN
Wage: $27.00 – $40.00/hr. (DOQ)
Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday – Thursday)

Duties of the production scheduler / inventory:
- Create and maintain the master production schedule
- Lead and participate in S&OP meetings
- Balance demand, capacity, materials, and lead times
- Coordinate with operations and supply chain teams to ensure fulfillment
- Maintain accurate data including BOMs and master schedules
- Assist with outbound shipping coordination
- Identify training gaps and help establish reliable work standards
- Monitor production progress to ensure all deadlines are met
Requirements of the production scheduler / inventory:
- 3 years of experience in production planning, inventory control, or supply chain
- Strong computer skills and comfort working within ERP systems
- High school diploma or GED (MPS certification is a plus)
- Ability to work effectively on the shop floor and in an office setting
