Twin City Staffing is actively seeking a motivated on-site project coordinator to join a growing construction organization in St. Louis, Missouri. In this key role, you will be the vital link between our active construction projects and unit owners, building positive relationships and ensuring every homeowner has an exceptional experience. Wage: $25-$35/hr.
Location: St. Louis, MO area (Local travel required)
Hours: 8 am – 4 pm Monday - Friday

Duties of the on-site project coordinator:
- Act as the primary on-site contact for homeowners and guests to build positive relations
- Write and distribute weekly updates and respond to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries
- Handle customer complaints professionally and work quickly to find positive solutions
- Audit incoming job-site material deliveries to ensure complete accuracy
- Coordinate upcoming deliveries of construction materials
- Complete administrative tasks and organize project files
- Log and maintain accurate and confidential owner information in the data system
- Partner with the Community Manager to update owner contact lists and project calendars
Requirements of the on-site project coordinator:
- High school diploma/GED plus 1–3 years of customer service or related experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Familiar with remodeling/restoration projects and basic OSHA safety rules
- Able to work outside in the elements and climb 2-story ladders
- Valid driver's license required; provide basic personal hand tools
