WHAT YOU’LL DO (DAY ONE IMPACT):
- Set up and run CNC horizontal mills (3-, 4-, & 5-axis)
- Edit G-code and optimize toolpaths for efficiency
- Machine tight-tolerance aerospace components (aluminum, titanium, Inconel)
- Read and apply complex blueprints and GD&T with confidence
- Own your setups, tool-life decisions, and part quality
- Inspect your own work using precision measurement tools
- Troubleshoot and fix problems fast and accurately
- Keep machines running efficiently and production on track
- 5 years of horizontal milling experience in precision manufacturing (aerospace strongly preferred)
- Proven ability to independently set up and run complex jobs
- Strong CNC editing skills (G-code/CAM)
- Deep understanding of GD&T and tight tolerances
- Confidence working with difficult aerospace materials
- A mindset focused on speed, accuracy, and accountability
