Location: New Hope, MN
Wage: $20.00 – $25.00/hr. (DOQ)
Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM | Monday – Friday

Duties of the customer service:
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Prepare quotes, process orders, and manage invoicing
- Support the sales team with pricing and data entry
- Provide basic remote technical troubleshooting
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries efficiently
- Manage high-volume correspondence with accuracy
Requirements of the customer service:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service or dispatch experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with scheduling and CRM software
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of garage doors, openers, and parts
