Customer Service Representative

Duties

• Engage with customers via phone, email, and in person to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
• Assist clients with product information, service inquiries, and troubleshooting to ensure a positive experience
• Promote products and services effectively, identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell based on customer needs
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and data entry using Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all customer interactions
• Process cash handling transactions accurately when required, ensuring compliance with company policies

Requirements

• Multilingual abilities are highly preferred; fluency in English plus additional languages is a plus.
• Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—are essential for success.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills are required.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
