We are currently seeking a skilled material handler to join our team at Maple Lake, MN. As a material handler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing process. Location: Maple Lake, MN
Wage: $20 - $22/hr. depending on experience
Hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with occasional flexibility required based on business needs

Duties of the material handler:
- Mix and prep raw materials for sorting, counting, and delivery to workstations.
- Move parts from all stations to staging areas efficiently.
- Maintain effective communication with teams at each workstation, scheduling, and purchasing to ensure timely product delivery and sufficient inventory levels.
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with team members.
- Willingness to work in various areas of operations as needed.
- Ensure cleanliness and general appearance of facilities.
- Identify work priorities, meet deadlines, and perform duties with minimal supervision.
- Perform other assigned duties as required.
Requirements of the material handler:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand/power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Proficiency in using computers for basic tasks.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
