Account Executive

Twin City Staffing is seeking a motivated account executive to join a growing manufacturing company in Saint Paul, MN. This temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for a sales professional with experience in industrial or manufacturing environments who enjoys building client relationships and supporting long-term business growth.

Location: Saint Paul, MN

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Wage: $28 - $38 hourly wage (based on experience)

Hours:

• Monday - Thursday: 6:00 am - 3:30 pm
• Friday: 6:00 am - 12:00 pm

Duties of the account executive:

• Sell quality stampings, tooling, and custom metal fabrication services to industrial clients
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
• Conduct direct sales activities and deliver professional sales presentations
• Support the Sales Team in achieving company sales goals
• Coordinate with manufacturing teams to ensure customer requirements are met
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and ongoing business

Requirements of the account executive:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred)
• 2–5 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
