We are currently seeking: Service Schedule Coordinator
Join Tusco Perimeter Security as a Service Schedule Coordinator & Customer Service Representative. In this key role, you will coordinate field service activities and deliver outstanding customer support to ensure seamless installations, maintenance, and repairs of our high-security perimeter solutions.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and dispatch field service technicians for installations, preventive maintenance, and repairs of perimeter security systems (barriers, gates, access controls, etc.).
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries; provide timely updates, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Maintain service calendars, prioritize emergency and high-priority requests, and optimize technician routes for maximum efficiency.
- Process service orders, monitor job progress, and keep accurate, up-to-date records in the company’s tracking/ERP system.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Technical teams to meet client needs and project timelines.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a proven ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling/dispatch software.
- Solid problem-solving skills and consistent attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 4 years of experience in customer service, service scheduling, dispatch, or coordination roles.
- Experience in the physical security, construction, or field-service industry is a plus.
- Working knowledge of barriers, gates, access controls, hydraulics, or electrical systems is preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Sitting, standing, lifting up to 25 pounds at a time.
