What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Administrative Assistant position at TurnPoint Search Group?
TurnPoint Search is partnering with a growing late-stage tech start-up to hire an Executive Administrative Assistant to support the Founders and provide back up support to additional members of the team. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Managing ever-changing calendars and scheduling internal and external meetings.
- Arranging domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Acting as the primary point of contact between the Founders and internal and external stakeholders, managing emails and phone calls with professionalism and discretion.
- Preparing and editing reports, presentations, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Handling expense reports, ensuring timely submission and reconciliation.
- Providing personal support, including scheduling travel, booking appointments, ordering items, running errands, etc.
- Assisting with ad hoc projects across administration, marketing, or HR.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience supporting executives in a fast paced environment.
- Prior experience supporting Founders or C-suite executives highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a strong "can-do" attitude.
Position pays a base range of $70,000 - $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and skill level.
