The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, an excellent communicator, and a proactive problem solver with exceptional attention to detail and writing skills. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office and in driving key initiatives across the organization. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Spearheading research efforts spanning a variety of topics including logistical, process, or for purchase purposes.
- Overseeing and driving strategic projects and initiatives on behalf of the office, providing regular updates to the executive team.
- Facilitating effective communication between the executive and key stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Preparing and organizing materials for executive meetings, including agendas, presentations, and minutes.
- Drafting, reviewing, and managing correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing efficient workflows.
- Bachelor's degree required and advanced degrees preferred, with exceptional academic qualifications.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a research-focused role, with a proven track record of managing complex projects and driving strategic initiatives.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- High level of discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Salary : $120,000 - $250,000
