What You'll Do
This role sits at the intersection of accounting and operations. You won't just close the books-you'll understand the business behind them.
- Analyze profitability by product, process, yield, and location
- Partner with plant teams to understand cutting, tempering, polishing, and insulating workflows
- Build and refine reporting within ERP systems across a multi-entity environment
- Own analytical projects end-to-end and communicate findings directly to finance leadership
- Help evolve the finance function as the company continues to scale

What We're Looking For
- 3-4 years of public accounting firm experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA or active CPA candidate
- Manufacturing or multi-entity exposure (a plus, not a must)
- Self-directed, curious, and comfortable working where structure is still being built
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
