provider of substance use and co-occurring mental health treatment, we are committed

Our growing continuum of care includes outpatient and intensive outpatient services,

residential treatment, withdrawal management, recovery housing, and other recovery-

focused services. This continuum gives clinicians the opportunity to work with diverse

populations, collaborate across disciplines, and help clients progress through multiple

stages of recovery.

We are seeking independently licensed clinicians and master’s-level clinicians

working toward independent licensure who are passionate about helping adults and

adolescents with substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions.

The Opportunity

At TPRC, clinicians have the opportunity to focus on what matters most: providing

excellent clinical care and helping people recover. Depending on your experience, licensure, interests, and preferred schedule, opportunities may include individual therapy, group therapy, diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary treatment team. We offer flexible employment options and are interested in clinicians seeking full-time, part-time, or contract opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on the position and level of licensure, responsibilities may include:

· Conduct comprehensive intake, psychosocial, and diagnostic assessments.

· Develop, implement, and update individualized, person-centered treatment plans.

· Provide individual and group counseling or psychotherapy.

· Utilize evidence-based and evidence-informed approaches such as Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), the Matrix Model, and other clinically appropriate modalities.

· Provide integrated treatment for substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions.

· Collaborate with physicians, psychiatric providers, nurses, counselors, peer support professionals, case managers, and other members of the treatment team.

· Monitor client progress and adjust treatment interventions based on clinical needs and outcomes.

· Maintain timely, accurate, and clinically meaningful documentation in the electronic health record.

· Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, training, and quality improvement activities.

Qualifications

We welcome candidates at different stages of their professional development.

Preferred candidates include:

· Independently licensed New Mexico behavioral health professionals, including LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, PhD, or PsyD.

· Master’s-level or provisionally licensed clinicians working toward independent licensure, including LMSW, LMHC, and other eligible behavioral health professionals.

· Clinicians with experience or a strong interest in treating substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions.

· Professionals who value evidence-based practice, collaboration, accountability, and person-centered care.

· Strong clinical communication and documentation skills.

· Understanding of professional ethics, confidentiality, and behavioral health documentation standards.

· Ability to effectively utilize an electronic health record and other clinical

technology.

Experience in substance use treatment is valued, but we also welcome strong

behavioral health clinicians who want to develop expertise in addiction and co-

occurring disorder treatment.
