What We Offer- Competitive compensation with salary, billable and hybrid options (Full-time therapist can expect to earning between $60,000 - $135,000 dependent on licensure, caseload and experience)

- Provide individual, family, group and/or couples therapy
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Maintain ethical and professional standards
- Collaborate with caregivers, schools, medical providers, and community partners as clinically appropriate
- Participate in supervision, consultation, and team meetings as applicable
- New Mexico license or license eligibility as an LMSW, LMHC, LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive care
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and families preferred but not required
- Passion for learning and professional growth
