Senior IAM/IGA Implementation Engineer

Duration: 5 Months

Location: NC- Charlotte, Hybrid 1-2 days onsite

Overview: Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. As a Senior IAM Implementation Engineer, you will join Turnberry's Digital Modernization practice, where technology and strategy combine to deliver exceptional digital experiences, empowering organizations to thrive in today's digital market.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and deploy IAM solutions including access request workflows, provisioning/deprovisioning processes, and access certification reviews
• Integrate IAM platforms with enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and custom scripts
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define access policies and entitlement structures
• Gather and analyze business and technical requirements for IAM initiatives
• Document architecture, workflows, and integration points
• Support compliance initiatives by automating audit and reporting processes
  
  

Qualifications

• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting, SQL, and API integrations
• Strong understanding of database design and data modeling
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, and cloud IAM solutions
• Experience with access request management, provisioning/deprovisioning, and access certification processes
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline creation with Azure DevOps
• Familiarity with IGA tools like SecurEnds, SailPoint, or Microsoft Entra ID Governance
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
• 5 years of experience in IAM engineering and implementation roles
• Advanced PowerShell scripting skills with a portfolio of automation projects
• Prior experience building and supporting an Enterprise Data Warehouse
• Implement and manage role-based access control (RBAC) models
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator, CISSP)
  
  

The salary range for this role is $135,000 to $195,000 or the hourly equivalent.
