Overview: Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As a Business Analyst, you will join Turnberry's Business Transformation practice. Turnberry's Business Transformation practice is dedicated to diagnosing and addressing core business challenges including regulatory compliance, full-scale implementation, managing change and driving continuous improvement across transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs
Analyze business partner operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities to automate processes and functions
Assist in the business process redesign and documentation as needed for new technology
Translate high level business requirements into functional specifications for the IT organization and manages changes to such specifications
Educate the IT organization on the direction of the business
Negotiate agreements and commitments by facilitating communication between business unit(s) and IT from initial requirements to final implementation
Possess an understanding of technological trends and use this knowledge to bring solutions to business units supported to enhance the enterprise's competitive edge
May make recommendations for buy versus build decision
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, other related field, or equivalent work experience
Possess expertise in the business unit(s) they support, as well as an understanding of the IT organization's systems and capabilities
Typically has 6-8 years of relevant technical or business work experience
The salary range for this role is $75,000 to $110,000 or the hourly equivalent.
