Turnberry's Business Transformation practice is dedicated to diagnosing and addressing core business challenges including regulatory compliance, full-scale implementation, managing change and driving continuous improvement across transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Ability to configure, deploy, install, migrate, order, patch, replace, support, and triage site infrastructure as follows:
- WINTEL/LINUX NetPC, standard and process PC’s, including experience with Azure and Intune
- Microsoft Windows Server OS
- HP and manufacturing printers (HP, Zebra, etc.)
- Telecom — Ethernet, LAN/WAN, Firewall, Routers and Switches, VOIP Phones, TCP/IP, VPN and Wireless basics, understanding of NAC and Vlans
- Provide standard and local software support — MS Office 365, Microsoft Teams, etc.
- Perform ITSM, MOC and 24/7 Pager support maximizing site related HW/SW resource uptime
- Maintain dashboard expectations for PC’s, ITSM tickets, Site Telecom, and PC/Server vulnerabilities
- Attend and comply with all plant IT and production, FDA and GMP, corporate, IT, and safety required training, meetings, and activities
- Must be self-motivated and willing to work with minimal direction by applying basic skills to navigate a customized environment
- Seven years of IT Infrastructure hands on, in person experience supporting Windows PCs, Windows Server OS, HP and Zebra printers, and basic networking
- Ability to lift related equipment such as printers, network switches, servers, workstations and monitors required
- Manufacturing plant experience preferred
- High School Diploma
