Overview: Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As an IT Analyst, you will join Turnberry's Business Transformation practice. Turnberry's Business Transformation practice is dedicated to diagnosing and addressing core business challenges including regulatory compliance, full-scale implementation, managing change and driving continuous improvement across transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Ability to configure, deploy, install, migrate, order, patch, replace, support, and triage site infrastructure as follows:

WINTEL/LINUX NetPC, standard and process PC's, including experience with Azure and Intune

Microsoft Windows Server OS

HP and manufacturing printers (HP, Zebra, etc.)

Telecom - Ethernet, LAN/WAN, Firewall, Routers and Switches, VOIP Phones, TCP/IP, VPN and Wireless basics, understanding of NAC and Vlans

Provide standard and local software support - MS Office 365, Microsoft Teams, etc.

Perform ITSM, MOC and 24/7 Pager support maximizing site related HW/SW resource uptime

Maintain dashboard expectations for PC's, ITSM tickets, Site Telecom, and PC/Server vulnerabilities

Attend and comply with all plant IT and production, FDA and GMP, corporate, IT, and safety required training, meetings, and activities

Qualifications:

Must be self-motivated and willing to work with minimal direction by applying basic skills to navigate a customized environment

Seven years of IT Infrastructure hands on, in person experience supporting Windows PCs, Windows Server OS, HP and Zebra printers, and basic networking

Ability to lift related equipment such as printers, network switches, servers, workstations and monitors required

Manufacturing Plant Experience Preferred

High School Diploma

The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $160,000 or the hourly equivalent.
