Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders and provide exceptional customer service by becoming a trusted resource to our business partners and across the IT organization
- Take ownership of projects/tasks/issues/impediments and work them through completion while following defined guidelines and project management standards including:
- Manage multiple scrum teams supporting project work as well as supporting operational and continuous improvement activities
- Assimilation of agile practices into existing team norms and standards
- Influence work breakdown, collaboration, release, and sprint planning for the betterment of the team and mission
- Conduct and participate in requirements transition and interpretation, release/iteration planning, design/solutions, creation of JIRA boards, power point presentations for demos and stakeholder updates, retrospectives, stand-up meetings, backlog refinement and grooming sessions
- Create and maintain documentation related to work performed on the project including, but not limited to:
- JIRA tasks, story and acceptance criteria definition, architecture diagrams, design artifacts, and project wiki entries as requested
- Track and utilize agile flow metrics
- 3 to 5 years of Scrum Master or agile project management experience for technical projects
- Digest business process diagrams and systems interaction diagrams
- Interpret business needs and aid in the transition of requirements to technical design
- Promote thoughtful analysis discussions during and after requirements turnover throughout the project lifecycle
- Organize team artifacts and iterative events/ceremonies
- Effectively communicate risks, dependencies, and progress to stakeholders
- Partner closely with business stakeholders and other IT teams during the project
- Agile/Scrum training or certification a plus
- Experience with financial services systems a plus
- Project Management tools: JIRA, Confluence, MS Teams

Salary : $110,000 - $155,000
