We are currently seeking a talented Project Manager / Scrum Master to join our mission-driven team supporting a high impact project in support of a mission focused customer. You will be leading a team of approximately ten developers, ensuring that requirements are ready for the development team to implement. You will interface with senior leadership, technical directors, mission-oriented stakeholders, developers, and testers.

Clearance Requirement : TS/SCI with Polygraph
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as focal point for the project as a jack-of-all-trades and ensuring that the project team has everything needed
- Maintain awareness of every ticket entered into the ticketing system (JIRA) and ensure that the team is focused on the highest priority tasks
- Provide software demonstrations to key stakeholders
- Understand the A&A process and be able to make minor updates when needed
- Communicate with partner programs who are building APIs for the development team to consume
- Work with the User Experience (UX) team to ensure that designs are consistent and can be implemented by the development team
Required Qualifications
- Strong background in Project Management as a Scrum Master
- Strong technical background to be able to understand requirements for both front end and back end systems
- Demonstrated experience with:
- JIRA
- Confluence
- Github
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous software development or testing experience
- Experience interfacing with big data
- Experience with cutting edge AI solutions.
- Familiarity with 508 compliances
- Familiarity with development and deployment of applications in the Commercial Cloud Services (C2S)
- Amazon Web Services cloud environment
- Experience supporting customer's mission spaces
- Multi-lingual to support foreign language testing
