Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and integration of financial derivatives into SAP TRM, aligned with SAP IS-OIL, ACM, and related risk modules
- Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, document, and refine business and functional requirements
- Analyze and map business processes to support integration design, fit-to-standard assessments, and process improvements
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and support technical design, configuration, testing, and delivery activities
- Work with technical teams to coordinate SAP TRM integration with SAP IS-OIL and SAP ACM
- Provide both functional and technical perspective within the core workstream and across integrated SAP modules
- Support detailed system configuration, workflow development, issue resolution, and testing activities to meet business requirements
- Support system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), cutover activities, and testing sign-off
- Train end users on solution functionality and business process changes
- Complete assigned work independently while collaborating effectively with project leadership and cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, management information systems, business, finance, or a related field preferred
- Solid knowledge of relevant business processes and their integration with SAP systems, particularly in SAP TRM
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading or supporting complex SAP engagements or implementations across all phases of the project lifecycle, including explore, design, delivery, and testing
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into system and process solutions
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting business processes across commodity-based industries
- Experience with SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM), especially financial derivatives integrations
- Experience with SAP IS-OIL and Gas and/or soft commodity business processes supported by SAP ACM
- Experience with SAP Commodity Management and Risk Management integration in oil, gas, energy trading, or commodity-focused environments
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA

Salary : $165,000 - $235,000
