What You'll Do
- Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process
- Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting schedules
- Assist in preparing financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP
- Partner with leadership on IPO readiness initiatives, including documenting and enhancing SOX-compliant internal controls
- Collaborate with external auditors and consulting partners during audit and compliance activities
- Help improve accounting policies, procedures, and financial reporting processes
- Contribute to building a scalable finance organization within a fast-paced technology environment
What We're Looking For
✔ Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
✔ 4 years of progressive accounting experience
✔ Combination of public accounting and corporate accounting experience preferred
✔ CPA or CPA candidate strongly preferred
✔ Experience with NetSuite is a plus
✔ Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
✔ U.S. Citizenship required
