Senior Accountant / Financial Analyst
Location: Dulles, VA (Onsite – 5 days/week)

Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Accountant / Financial Analyst to join a high-performing accounting team. This role offers a blend of hands-on accounting and financial analysis, with direct exposure to senior leadership including the Controller, VP of Finance, and CFO.
This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional looking to deepen their experience in financial reporting, general ledger ownership, and international operations, while gaining visibility within a stable, globally impactful organization.
Key Responsibilities:
General Ledger & Close
- Support the monthly and year-end close process
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Perform bank and account reconciliations
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of the general ledger
Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Assist in preparing monthly financial statements
- Support revenue and expense analysis and reporting
- Contribute to annual budgeting and forecasting processes
- Assist with year-end audit activities
Cross-Functional & Project Work
- Partner with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and other accounting team members
- Support ad hoc financial analysis and reporting requests
- Participate in special projects and process improvements
- Provide backup support across the accounting team as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3–5 years of accounting experience, including general ledger and close responsibilities
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
- Experience with month-end and year-end close processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, data analysis)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
