Responsibilities:
• Lead planning and scheduling of video shoots, collaborating with internal teams to develop creative concepts and scripts
• Collaborate with corporate marketing, internal communications, brand, and other teams across the company to produce video content
• Manage video, lighting, and audio equipment while providing leadership and management of internal studio operations
• Work directly with executive-level leaders during studio shoots
• Operate camera, lighting, and sound equipment during shoots, providing technical expertise and creative direction as needed
• Edit video footage using Adobe Premiere Pro, ensuring adherence to brand standards
• Track and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting key deadlines
• Organize and maintain video files, project assets, and equipment inventory to streamline workflow and support team efficiency
• Create graphics, animations, and visual effects as needed
• Perform basic troubleshooting and resolve technical issues that arise during shoots to minimize disruptions and maintain production standards
• Research and stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in video production and content marketing
Skills:
• Expert-level proficiency in video shooting and editing
