Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00am–5:00pm
Location: On-site (Training follows the same schedule)
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Services Specialist to support HR Operations through consistent, process-driven administrative work. This role works independently on day-to-day tasks while also supporting special projects that impact the broader facility and HR function.
✨ What You’ll Do
- Review, download, tag, and organize worker tax documents
- Complete daily administrative service tasks with accuracy and consistency
- Provide initial reporting and analyses for review
- Support initiatives across HR Operations and business support functions
- Follow defined processes and procedures while maintaining high attention to detail
- Collaborate with team members and access guidance as needed
✔️ What We’re Looking For
- 12 months experience in HR or similar administrative roles
- Strong computer proficiency (MS Office required)
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to follow structured workflows
- Understanding of I-9 and employment verification processes
- High School Diploma or GED required
