Administrative Analyst

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00am–5:00pm

Location: On-site (Training follows the same schedule)

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Services Specialist to support HR Operations through consistent, process-driven administrative work. This role works independently on day-to-day tasks while also supporting special projects that impact the broader facility and HR function.

✨ What You’ll Do

• Review, download, tag, and organize worker tax documents
• Complete daily administrative service tasks with accuracy and consistency
• Provide initial reporting and analyses for review
• Support initiatives across HR Operations and business support functions
• Follow defined processes and procedures while maintaining high attention to detail
• Collaborate with team members and access guidance as needed

✔️ What We’re Looking For

• 12 months experience in HR or similar administrative roles
• Strong computer proficiency (MS Office required)
• Excellent communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to follow structured workflows
• Understanding of I-9 and employment verification processes
• High School Diploma or GED required
