Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and manage front desk operations with professionalism and courtesy.
- Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system, ensuring effective communication.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining organized records.
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain filing systems, ensuring documents are organized and easily accessible.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for various administrative tasks, including typing, proofreading, and document preparation.
- Support bookkeeping tasks as needed, including basic accounting functions using QuickBooks.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance office management processes and improve workflow efficiency.
- Demonstrate strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.

Requirements
- Proven experience in an office environment with clerical or administrative responsibilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus; experience in bookkeeping is desirable.
