Peer Success Leader
Hourly Pay Rate: $10.00 - $15.00
The Peer Success Leader will support the Tulane School of Architecture and the peer support program. Peer Success Leaders (APSLs) are undergraduate students whose role is to provide support, encouragement, and guidance to their peers as they navigate the challenges associated with adjusting to and succeeding in architecture school, including the rigorous demands of architecture studio.
Responsibilities
This position will help student employees demonstrate and cultivate the career readiness competencies in accordance with the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE).

Responsibilities
- Partnering with architecture students to identify obstacles to success in the program
- facilitating behavioral and mindset changes to help overcome barriers
- Helping students develop skills to be able to make important academic decisions, prioritize their mental health and well-being, and pursue their academic and future goals
- Helping faculty and staff make updates to and reinforce our Studio Culture policy
- Active enrollment as a student at Tulane University
- Enrollment in the Tulane School of Architecture
- A Federal Work Study Award (potentially)
