The Senior Administrative Program Coordinator, Academics plays a key role in supporting the academic mission of the School of Architecture and Built Environment by delivering comprehensive academic, programmatic, and administrative support for its programs. This position provides support to the Associate Director of Academics, the Assistant Dean for Academics, the Academics staff, and the Program Directors, and coordinates a broad range of tasks essential to the effective administration of academic programs. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate curricula, course, and student records; tracking expenses and processing purchases; and providing logistical support for program- and course-related events and activities. By ensuring accuracy, organization, and timely execution across academic operations, the Senior Administrative Program Coordinator contributes to a seamless experience for faculty, students, and staff, and upholds the school’s high standards of excellence.
