Job Description
The Section Administrator III oversees the administrative and operational functions of the Center for Health Outcomes, Implementation, and Community-Engaged Science (CHOICES) and provides executive level administrative support for the Center Director, the Senior Associate Dean for Faculty Affairs, and the Associate Dean for Public Health and Medical Education. This position works closely with leadership to manage the full life cycle of faculty and staff recruitment, hiring, onboarding, management, and offboarding; as well as faculty and staff schedules, leave management and timekeeping. The position is responsible for the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and processing and tracking accounts receivable and accounts payable activity. The position is responsible for managing Center office operations including coordination of events, technology, facilities, and supply orders.
