Location: Miramar, FL (On-Site)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Job Type: Temp-to-Perm
Pay Rate: $23/hour
Start Date: ASAP

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Personnel to join a dynamic and fast-paced office environment. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys supporting others, and is ready to contribute to multiple facets of office operations.

This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth execution of administrative, sales, and customer service tasks that support business continuity and client satisfaction. The position is on-site in Miramar, FL, with the potential for permanent placement based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to assigned sales representatives.
  • Accurately enter various orders including cruise ship, grocery, local customer, and distributor orders.
  • Prepare Health Certificates required for shipments.
  • Coordinate appointments, local deliveries, and issue Port Passes.
  • Answer phones, maintain filing systems, and uphold general office organization and cleanliness.
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of product samples (ice cream) for clients.
  • Support event logistics in South Florida and assist in occasional out-of-state trade shows or activations.
  • Conduct customer marketing reviews and analyze sales performance metrics.
  • Contribute to planning initiatives aimed at business growth and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with office team on data analysis and special projects.
Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Self-starter attitude with a strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred.
